Important Due Dates
Here are the due dates for the misc. forms that need to be brought in:
- Emergency/Disaster Release Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Lawson Handbook Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Health/Enrollment Card - due Mon. 8/22
- (from the orientation packet envelope) Receipt of Information on Parents, Legal Rights/Student Acceptable Use of Technology Policy/Multimedia Withhold Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Supplies from Team C Information Packet --- have by Mon. 8/22
- Team Letter (last page signed & detached) - due Fri. 8/26
- Donations for 6th Grade (and Exploratory Wheel if you're in the class) - due Fri. 8/26
- bookmark all the websites on the Technology handout and setup an account for Scribd and Edmodo according to the instructions on the back of the handout
- If your username/password is not working, e-mail Ms. Sun ASAP!!!

- About Me T-Shirt due next Fri. 8/26
- middle of t-shirt: alliteration adjective that goes with first name
- top of t-shirt: write a word you'd like people to say when they describe you
- bottom of t-shirt: write or draw 2-3 things you enjoy doing
- left sleeve: name a real or pretend place you would like to visit
- right sleeve: write a wish you have for yourself
- make sure entire t-shirt is colored
