- Emergency/Disaster Release Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Lawson Handbook Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Health/Enrollment Card - due Mon. 8/22
- (from the orientation packet envelope) Receipt of Information on Parents, Legal Rights/Student Acceptable Use of Technology Policy/Multimedia Withhold Form - due Mon. 8/22
- Supplies from Team C Information Packet --- have by Mon. 8/22
- Team Letter (last page signed & detached) - due Fri. 8/26
- Donations for 6th Grade (and Exploratory Wheel if you're in the class) - due Fri. 8/26
- have a parent/guardian fill out the Parent Survey (due Sunday night)
- complete Student Survey (due Monday)
- enter your contact information (due tonight)
